Step 1: Download the software and install it on your hard drive. When you launch the software by double-clicking the software icon from the desktop or from the Start menu, its main window will appear as shown in Figure A. The software comes equipped with three options to browse the location of PST file. You can select the “OPEN PST FILE” option if you know the correct location of your PST file; otherwise, use the “FIND pst FILE” option, so the software will find the PST file for you. “SELECT OUTLOOK PROFILE” option is to select the PST file based on the profile.

Step 2: Select "OPEN pst File" option from the Main window. From the new window, select the pst file from which deleted emails have to be recovered, using the "Browse" button, and click on "Next" as shown in Figure B.

Note: If you click the "Find pst File" option, select the logical drive on which the pst file is located and search for it. If you have clicked on the "Select Outlook Profile" option, select the appropriate Outlook profile from the ones listed and recover deleted emails from the pst file.

Step 3: A new window is displayed, where you have the option to select the scan type and the destination path to save the recovered pst file. Select the "Normal Scan" option, specify the destination path and click on "Repair" as shown in Figure C. You can also make use of the "Smart Scan" option if the pst file has been damaged extensively.

Step 4: After the accomplishment of repairing process, a new window will appear as shown in Figure D, which will display the confirmation message of pst file being repaired successfully, the number of items recovered and the list of recovered emails and other Outlook attributes in an Outlook-styled interface, which makes the import of items back to Outlook very easy.
